Returns and complaints
Thank you for shopping in our online store. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Below you will find the rules regarding returns and complaints.
Right of withdrawal (return of goods)
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
1. Inform us about your decision by completing the returns form available in the customer account panel.
2. Return the product in its unaltered condition, in its original packaging, to the following address:

within 14 days of reporting the withdrawal.
Note: Due to the nature of the products offered (food beverages), we do not accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened or which show traces of use , in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Once we receive and inspect your shipment, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method that you used for purchase.
Complaints (faulty goods)
If you have received a damaged product, a product that does not comply with the order or is defective, you have the right to make a complaint under the provisions of the Civil Code (warranty for defects).
How to file a complaint :
1. Contact us by e-mail: reklamacje@papitoenergy.com, providing the order number, description of the defect and photos documenting the problem.
2. After positive consideration of the complaint, we will inform you about further proceedings (e.g. exchange of goods, refund of payment or other solution).
We consider complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
